The Hamilton Turner Inn, located in Savannah has a cancellation policy that is not in keeping with the spirit of friendly and family owned B&Bs. The policy is vague to a degree, and resulted in our family losing out on $600 with nothing to show for it at all. After investigating a bit around the web, I found there were a number of folks like myself who were hurt by this policy. I am sure the BB is nice enough, but if I wanted to deal with sterile policies, I would stay at a Motel 6, and even they are nicer to their customers.
