Swan took my money 3 years ago and never bothered to go to court. His staff said he went on vacation. He never called me and took my call 3 months after my court date and never bothered to mail any type of case communication to me. After speaking to the court and receiving a letter from the courts, I was told he never filed the correct paperwork, it was thrown out due to his errors. Since this creep ripped me off its taken 3 years to get things on track. A special note to women, don't go there, he has issues and will not represent you fairly in family law. He takes the money and runs.
