I ordered a 56 passenger bus on 9/19. I was contacted by a sales person from Charter Limos on 9/18 and asked if I would take a smaller bus. I told him NO because we already had a confirmed 50 people for the event. On the evening of the event, the driver showed up 30 minutes late with a 26 passenger mini bus. We had to drop off 1/2 of our party an hour into the rental because it was so small. I contacted the company on the Monday after the event explaining that I wanted a refund for the 56 passenger and that I would pay for the 26 passenger bus. I was hung up on, lied to, they never returned my emails 2 months later, after being ignored, I was told that I would not get any of my money back and to "Call someone else if I wanted a rental"
