I got a surprise bill of over $230 dollars in phone charges for two calls totaling less than 17 minutes. These were international calls. Any company trying to charge $13.50 per minute up front to Europe would be out of business. But when you have a captive audience, they stick it to you. A one minute call to Georga was $3.31!!
Is there any kind of protection against blatantly overpriced fees?
