Financed eight prepayed trips with the promise to accommodate our individual travel needs in a 4/5 star accommodation. We submitted a request for a vacation somewhere in New Jersey or Maryland several months prior to our travel date only to find out they have no accommodations avaliable in New Jersey or Maryland.
Customer service was horrible as they offered no assistance in finding us alternative accommodations and were belligerent when asked what alternatives we had for our vacation.
I would be willing to bring a suit against this company as this is the second time we have been denied for travel due to their apparent lack of avaliability. If anyone is interested in investigating the possibility of bringing action against all points accomodations you can count me in.
