Scam! In spite of submitting the proper paperwork and deposit, we were sent a letter indicating the offer was voided because it lacked a signiture. I have a copy of what was sent, showing otherwise

This company is definitely a big SCAM!
Once you send in your money, they will find some way to invalidate your offer.in spite of doing everything that was required, we were sent a letter saying that our request was voided because a dated signature of one of the travelers was omitted. This is not true. All signatures were provided. I made a photo copy of the document that was mailed to them, which clearly shows the required signatures. We have been unable to contact a representative from the company. They do not answer the phone, nor return phone calls. There seems to be no recourse.
Don't waste your time and money with this company. It's a scam!!!
