Lester's report is just like mine. Stay away from cheapoair.com. They got me for $24/ticket on 4 tickets and refunded only $10/ticket via their not-so-good price match.
These fees are buried, hidden, whatever you want to say. They're lumped in with other fees that you know you must pay. So I'm sure lots of folks don't even notice.
Again, get your tix from txxxxy, exxxx, or another reputable company. Cheapoair uses deception in order to maximize profit. Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
