Luis Dardon of "Bomdigity Travel" is a good scammer. I purchased 2 travel "vouchers" from him on Ebay last year for a total of $1100. I am a very cautious buyer, but his feedback was 100% positive and he was easily contacted.
When the time began to draw near for my hotel stay, suddenly he was impossible to get ahold of and I had to make last minute plans with no news or apology from him (AND no refund).
It has now been about 8 months since my purchase, and I have yet to see a dime of my money. How he is getting away with STEALING thousands upon thousands of hard-earned dollars from people is beyond me. Enough of us have complained, I am ready to come together and take legal action.
I have received nothing but excuses (pointing the finger at a man named "Mark"), lies, and more excuses. I know that he thinks eventually this will go away, but it will not. Who in their right mind sells tens of thousands of dollars worth of "vouchers" that you haven't even got?!!? He obviously set out to scam us.
All I have ever wanted is my refund as promised. An $1100 check sent to me. I will never purchase travel on Ebay again.
