Dear Sirs:
This started December 10. I ordered 4 tickets from Minneapolis and Cebu Philippines. The tickets were $1450.00 for 3 adult tickets each, and $1175.00 for the order.
The debit card would only give us credit for one ticket which was for the child tickets. I sent a check for $4350.00 in US mail overnight. This tracked and was delivered December 12. It was cashed December 12 at the bank. It was not indorsed by Cathay-pacific Airlines but by a name which we could not read. No bank numbers were on the check.
To this day, February 25, no tickets are approved from the airlines. This is 77 days after the order. I was told by other agencies the tickets should be approved the same day.
Many emails and phone calls were made and most of the remarks only tried to stall my attempt to get conformation of the tickets.

The phone numbers are out of order as of today.
This means the tickets are ordered from another agency and cost $125.00 more for the tickets because the ticket for the child was booked, but not the adult tickets. I do not believe we should send a 6 year old ticket holder by her self. This is costing us more than The Lowest-ticket offer.
