Dallas Greyhound Station
Lost luggage

On Dec. 19th, 08 my son left Detroit Mich. On his way to Flagstaff, AZ. As a first time traveler. He arrived in St. Louis and discovered that his box had been torn open by the baggage handler's throwing other people's luggage on his. He was given an extra box in St. Louis that he was not charged for, but his name, destination and my cell number was clearly written on both boxes.

He arrived in Dallas, where he should have never gone. That was the last time he saw both of his boxes. When he arrived in Flagstaff, his two boxes didn't. I immediately got on the phone and started dialing the number's that I had found on the internet for the Dallas Station. No one answered at the main number, the baggage number, nor the customer's service number. The only reason they called back was because, I had called the locater's number.

I was told that only one box was located, and didn't know what happened to the other box and they would send that box to Flagstaff. When it arrived it clearly had been gone through, clothes were damp, but paper's were dry. My son's social secruity card had been taken from the box, as to date the other box is yet to be found. I even called the corporate office and spoke to Mr. Gee and he told me that thier wea noting he could do, because he didn't have a ticket no. How could he, they never gave him one.
