It was designed to include airfare, hotel the night time before and following the sail, go and in the vessel in the resort, and an improved oceanview cottage.
Whenever we received our sail files, after spending $2400.00, we were designated an inside cottage without any screen. Considering this might have already been an error, I approached the cruise line plus they stated no my journey company, Nature Bonuses, reserved an inside space.

These were rude with no aid whatsoever. All-they needed to provide was that I had been reserved for an inside cabin. I discussed that I understood this in the sail files my problem was that I'd not reserved or taken care of an inside room, but instead an outside room. They declined to create any modifications and stated when the info was established they might do nothing.
Prevent the corporation no matter what! They're the largest rip off! I had been lied to, informed I had been spending money on something and eventually getting another, plus they created no work whatsoever to fix their errors. I'd never conduct business with this specific organization again.
