I went to Hotwire to book a hotel in Weston FL. Their map of the hotel area that would be offered had a northern border at Oakland Park Drive. The hotel I was booked into was north of Oakland Park Drive, and in a rough area of a part of town called Sunrise, FL

I contacted Hotwire immediately.in spite of the fact both I and hotel conferred iot was north of the area shown, Hotwire insisted that was not relevant and they do not give refunds.

Beware - Hotwire will not honor its promise to book you into the the area they show you.
