Purchased overnite delivery envelope from manager behind counter on monday dec 22 at 9am. Box supposed to pick up at 6pm. Boxed wasnt pick uped until nextday. Package delivered on wed the 24th. I paid an extra $15 for a service that im told by DHL was stopped in Nov. Manager selling a service that does not exist. He has envelopes that are a fraud. The box has ads on it for the service thats not available.
