Alas, we too are victims of MVI's dirty dealings and unprofessionalism.
We allowed them five months for our vacation, only to be told that the dates were not available one month prior to our date. When we asked for an explanation, we got transferred, put on hold, told our orginal worker was fired. Calls were never returned. And finally, when I talked to someone in person, she informed me she didn't have to listen to me and hung up on me!
That is certainly not the kind of customer service that they were ranting about while I was on hold. And it's certainly not the kind of customer service I was ever taught. I know how to get a message across without being loud or obnoxious, yet this woman accused me of "yelling" at her. The yelling only started after she hung up on me.
This company is such a scam. I wish I had never heard of MVI. I wish I had looked them up before sending them a deposit. I'm a little afraid that we are never going to see that money again. What a great way for a company to make money! Keep deposits and then hang up on people who are trying to find out what is going on!!!
