Then after you mention the price and availability, the nimrod gives this reply:

I would like have the place booked urgently, as my sponsor will issue a Certified Bank Check/Cashier as a mode of payment for full payment: So kindly get back to me with:
1. Full name to issue payment to
2. Full Address to mail payment to.
3. Working phone #s.
Send me the address of the place i am renting so i can look it up on the google map. As soon as all these have been emailed to me, payment will be overnight to you. Waiting to read from you. Thank you very much.

Please as soon as the payment gets to you, deduct the rental fee plus and additional $100 for yourself and help me have the rest sent to the DELIVERY COMPANY: so that they can have my luggage and other stuff delivered before my arrival. So as soon as the payment gets to you my properties will be on it way. I will email back with the actual amount that was issued and sent. Also, with the Ups tracking # for the payment and the Delivery Company's Information from China where you will send off the rest of the Money to.
