Inquired if the online bacc site known as clickandfly.com was at the same price for airline tickets as in-office. Was told on several occasions that it was the same.instead of completing the online purchase on 10/21/08 my spouse suggested an in-office purchase where we were told that the prices on my itinerary copies was no longer available. I stated that we are being overcharged $100.00 plus over what really was available an hour ago on the internet site above mentioned and 7 days later, 10/28/08 the individual itineraries are still available at a difference of close to $150.00.
After many letters and emails a call finally comes in and the bottom line is that agreement was reached in the office to accept our purchase at the higher rate and no refund would be forthcoming. The feeling of overcharge by a long time established company is extremely hard to comprehend.
