This is the most rudest, dishonest, company that i dealt with ever; here is the story; me and my wife desided to go on a lake tahoe, california steam boat cruise; trip was for 2pm; i googled up tickets and the sponsored site came up as alcatrazmedia.com; went to this site and ordered tickets on line @ 10:20am; the transaction went through smoothly and it gave me a different site something like tickets123.com and a reservation #; you go there and print up your tickets;
Tried multiple times for an hour to print them and couldn't because the site kept telling me it couldn't find my reservation number; called the customer number to try solve the problem and got hang up by the customer service people multiple times; left message on their answering machine about the above problem of unable to print my tickets from their site; kept on calling the same day and got kept on hanged up on after the first "hello"; they finally answered my voice message, but 2.5 days later;
I talked to them and explained the situation and told them that i had to buy tickets from another company (the direct providers of MS DIXIE TRIP IN LAKE TAHOE) and my trip had to be post poned the same day because i couldn't print up these tickets; the customer service person that i spoke to said its not their problem that i couldn't print the tickets but he felt "sorry" that it happened and reminded that all transactions are FINAL WITH NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON.
I could only wish that i done a research on this company ALCATRAZ MEDIA INC, before i bought; obviously they don't want customer retention or good word of mouth. Please save your self a headache and don't buy any tickets from them.
