I work with a dark lady in the Embassy Suites in Hampton VA. She's exceptionally bias against bright employees and treats them awfully when comparing to her dark workers. She's the supervisor of the cafe. She's extremely discouraged by people (particularly bright) which have much of expertise within the restaurant business.
Individually, she's kept me back of particular careers that will assist me profit more since I'm bright and also have much more expertise than she does. I've overheard her stating this to additional african american workers.
She intends white people constantly they might shed thier careers. She talks poorly of bright employees to oter workers. REALLY unprofessional!
Her name is Sharrie and he or she possibly must be fully retrained within the managing etiquette area or must be dismissed.
