I am so tired of getting ripped-off by big business. I was looking to book a flight online for Florida. As we all are in these tough times looking for a deal. I went to Spirit Air to book a flight for two only to discover that as i was going through the prompts that i was being nickel and dimed to death. I finally said to myself forget it and "X" out of the deal.
A few hours later I found a confirmation on my email. I was sooo upset with this. I called Spirit and was told that if i wanted to cancel it would cost me 90 dollars each fare. I said "CANCEL" i never booked the flight as I "X" out of the deal and did not go to the end of the prompts. I am sick and tired of corporate people in my pocket. So they were very rude and not to mention in India speaking to me in America. What is this country coming to. Frustrated in AMERICA.
