Charged my credit card $300 when they told me $160

I had stayed at this timeshare booked for me by my sister who is an owner there for two nights. Before staying there I confirmed that my room would be $70 a night which they said was correct. When I checked in the bill was for $299. When I told the clerk it was only supposed to be $70 a night she apologized and said that I was right and she would fix the bill before I checked out. I refused to sign a slip ageeing to pay $300 since the bill was incorrect. When I checked out the bill was still for $300. I told the clerk, manager Malachi Crawford, I absolutely was not going to pay that. He old me that he had my credit card information, which I had given to hold the room, and he was going to charge me the full $300, which he then proceeded to do.
