Christian chaubard is a repeat felon (extorsion, theft), and a multiple civil offender of many people in the bay area. Look him up at the San Mateo County Civil Court Records website. (my case number SCN-109803) he steals peoples identity (credit card info and mailing address), purchases airfare from major carriers via the internet and then sells the reservation to unsuspecting buyers. I have hardcopy proof provided by Southwest airlines of the people whose identity he stole. Some travel fine, though the credit card holder is out a few hundred bucks. Some find their tickets to be rejected the day of travel and out sometimes thousands of dollars. I am in contact with three other parties who have been defrauded thousands by his actions.
He has a facebook and myspace profile. He has two young boys who live with their mother, thank God.
He is about 5' 10" to 6ft 180-190lbs, French, with a barbed wire tattoo around one arm. He typically operates in the San Mateo county area but also uses alias' in hayward, and elsewhere in the east bay.
