After joining the Vacation Travel Club I tried to book a vacation in Hawaii. I have copies of e-mails and documented phone calls. E-mails were slow or never answered, phone calls were slow to be returned or never returned and when I began to see a pattern of poor service I asked for a refund. The person I spoke with said that will never happen. We never did book a vacation as our vacation time came and went.
I have filed a complaint with our states State Attorney Generals office and the Michigan Better Business Bureau. With the pricing I did receive from them, the savings were minimal and hardly worth the price I paid to join. I have contimplated a law suit. Anyone thinking of joining Vacation Travel Club, I would suggest not doing it as, like I said, we feel we were ripped off.
