On March 10 I arranged a Holiday Package including two round-trip airfare tickets plus one space for 4 evenings in the Fortress Hokele Suites Waikiki through Bookit.com. The reservation was for myself and my friend Ania Baran from La, Florida to Honolulu, Hawaii. We reached the resort at 2.30 am on April 3rd where we were educated about two areas being reserved under my name. I told the assistant that I'd reserved one-room just and that I had confirmed her my Holiday Package Voucher for just one space reservation. She informed us that based on her documents we'd two areas under my title which were contained in the deal. We remained until April 6th in two areas and left promptly.
On April 28th I observed two overcharge dealings to get a whole of $597.92 published on April 8th along with a late charge from my lender for that quantity of $39. The late charge was linked to the overcharge since I had been unaware of the extra deal.
On April 29th I named bookit.com to solve the foundation of the unauthorized charges. The consultant was hopeless and moved me towards the boss who described that bookit.com might contact me back within 2-3 business days. After 3 times Tune Bowling from Bookit named me and described the motel assistant had dedicated an error and that's why we received an additional space. She mentioned the resort might protect 50% of the charges in next couple of days which bookit.com wouldn't protect the remainder of the costs. I've not noticed any compensation deal for that next 10 times and that I created many efforts to solve this problem through telephone discussions using the resort and bookit.com. Fundamentally, I talked towards the resort director Gary and asked concerning the compensation. I had been also interested how had they got my creditcardnumber since I have didn't provide them with one and didn't approve the deal. Gary explained the resort got my creditcardnumber from Bookit.com which Fortress Hokele Suites Waikiki wouldn't pay me.
I've been left with two unauthorized charge card purchases that we haven't recognized. These led to an overcharge of $ 597.92 on my charge card bill which adversely influenced my to date superb credit rating. Neither bookit.com or Fort Hokele Suites Waikiki may help me in solving this problem.
I'm seeking a reason of the unauthorized charge card purchases along with a total compensation of $597.92 costs.
