I had telephone call from Astar february the 14th. Telling me I won a trip to Florida for 4 persons all included. I live in Sweden and they told me I could take three other persons with me, my wife and two friends.
The persons sound very serious, and even I told them I was very sceptical to give my account number away, they told me not to worry, nothing would happen, because they did not have the special 3 digit code. I did not give them the special code (the 3 digits on the backside) of my creditcard.
10 minutes later my account was withdrawn for 998 dollars!
I sent an E-mail to the company and got an answer back that I have to telephone them when the office was open.
Throughout the first telephone call I got from Astar I spoke with 4 different people there. Two men and two women. Think I became a little cofused!
Do hope that in some way I will get my money back.
