I received a call from this company with an offer too good to pass up. That should have been my first clue. Since it was from a well known hotel chain, I trusted them. I did, however, tell them that we could not travel within their time frame, after giving the name of our friends that would be traveling with us. They said they could extend our time for two years, so we agreed. I then started getting messages on my answering machine within a few months that our vacation was about to expire. When I called them back, after spending an incredible amount of time on hold, I was told our vacation had been extended, but our friends had not. Thinking this was a simple mistake on their part, and not getting anywhere with the agent I was talking to, I asked for a supervisor, who was extremely rude, told me it was my problem and they wouldn't fix it, and hung up on me. I called back, hoping to get someone else, which is what happened. This lady said if I'd pre-pay the ship port fees and pay for outside rooms for both packages, she would extend our time, and I did that, for both packages. When we made our reservations, they advised me to put garden party on all the paperwork so we'd be sure to be kept together, and I did that. They then called to change the reservations because the ship would be in dry dock during the time we were to travel. This meant changing our plane reservations. They got nothing right after that, and each time I called them, after being left on hold for an eternity, they blamed me for all their mistakes because we changed our reservations. When we arrived, our hotel was less than standard, we had to attend a three hour sales presentation on the only day we had in Ft. Lauderdale, just to get on the ship we thought we'd paid for, then when we got on the ship our friends room had not been changed to an outside cabin, although I'd asked about that several times and was assured all was well. We never received the paperwork for our package, although they lied about mailing it on several different dates. Our friends package was finally faxed to us right before we left, which was a whole other ordeal. When we arrived in Orlando, we found out we were booked into two different hotels across town from each other. Through this whole ordeal, there was never an apology, I was treated with extreme rudeness, lied to over and over again, there were hidden charges all over the place we had to pay for when we got there. Don't think you are saving money with this package, and don't waste your time trying to deal with these people. This is the biggest travel mess I have ever gotten into. There is so much more, but I'm running out of space.
