Minie Vacations phony vacation package kept $50 refundable room deposit consumer fraud ripoff

2/28/02 i purchased a mini vacation package from mivacation. They were supposed to confirm reservations. Placed calls to company and keep getting a recording. They kept the $50.00 refundable room guarantee deposit. They cashed the check. I have the proof i sent them a check. Ihave original check.
