I am a victim of the UVN scheme too. I hope and believe the statements in the report signed "Public Citizen" # 267322 are correct. The statement that a company employee logged into RIP OFF posing as a customer and making positive remarks about the agency sound too true. The rebutal to "Public Citizen's" report suggest that it is a "disgruntled employee's" comments. Perhaps it is. An employee would have inside information not available to the unsuspecting victems out there. The FREE CRUISE is not free. You can find a similar offer on-line for the same or less money than the "free cruise" will cost. Lots of luck finding a vacation spot where and when YOU want to go. Yes, there are vacations available but, not what I wanted and probably not what most members would want to accept.
This company is well aware of the unscrupulous practices they have used.
Their only desire is to take your money. They will pretend to obtain a vacation plan but it is just an act. We have been told before "Buyer Beware"
If it sounds too good to be true - it is. It's a lie.
