World Adventures By Integra, Integra Marketing Group, Nima Film Gross misrepresentation of travel services, telephone evasive tactics, high pressure sales practices, failure to honor refund policy. Total SCAM

My friend and I are seniors who are victims of World Adventures by Integra within the last few months.
I was solicited by mail for a free vacation if I sat through a presentationthat was very high pressure sales, but he made it sound wonderful. He promised very discounted air fares (first class for a minimal extra fee), hotels, condo rentals, cruises, vacation packages US and International, etc. All accommodations he told us were to be top of the line they did not deal with anything but the top. Weekly specials for condos in different cities were to be very discounted. We were offered the package to be split so we would have our own memberships @ $1750.00 each. We both paid on separate credit cards on a Friday afternoon. On the credit card slips was the name Nima Films Tampa, FL, when I questioned this I was told this account is where they deposited the money. We were to get membership #'s on Monday, after many phone calls and much stalling we both finally got our separate #'s on Monday afternoon, so we could access this travel agency service on the internet. After not seeing on line what we were told in the sales office, I called the agency on the phone to question them about the different high prices. She said she had no idea what I was referring to these were their prices. I tried to call the agent who sold this to us and I just got a run around from him stalling again not saying much that made sense. He did give me a # to call (no answer there). I called this # for the Integra Group, Inc the next day Tuesday. I spoke to a representative (name withheld) and told her we were unhappy and were canceling. She told me to put it in writing and send it to them. We immediately overnight express mailed on Tuesday morning letters from both of us canceling these memberships and even returned to them the one zippered booklet with paperwork on the services. This was well within the 3 day cancellation period as weekends don't count. We have all receipts to back this up. We are still trying to fight this with our credit card services. World Adventures is now saying we did not cancel per the cancellation policy and merchandise was returned to the incorrect company? World Adventures by Integra was the only company and address we were given. I have tried to call the company and have been given phone numbers that never return my calls. I would like to resolve this with the company but they continue to avoid us. Is this a scam or what???
