My Partner Melanie and I were ripped off on the 8th of September by a man named "Kevin Berios" who took our credit card details for 2 cards as there was not enough money on one card. However Melanie's American Express card was charged the full amount of $550 US.
I called the credit card company who said that they couldn't do anything so we cancelled our credit cards. I called the customer care representative named "Cee Cee" who was supposed to call me back but never did so.
I kept trying to contact the company but nothing ever eventuated. I am hoping that somebody can give me details on how to get a refund if anyone has been successful.
