Charged my credit card without contract or permission for $599. Ripoff

Vacation International called March 14. Offered to rent our Timeshare at Westgate Lakes Resorts; sent us a contract with different information than they quoted on the phone. They immediately charged our credit card, (i.E. AM Ex) for $599.00, without permission or a contract. We called 7 times and wrote twice with no results. The last time we called, the telephone number had been disconnected and then we checked the website, but it did not respond.
