I had a check by phone charge on my account, turns out it was from this Florida Direct. It was not authorized nor do I know anything about this company. The scary thing is that they had my routing number and account number.
Needless to say I cant get anyone to return my calls, and the customer service always has a recording saying that they cant answer my call right now, please call again later. This translates to, we have screwed over all the people that we can so we have to split! If anyone from this pathetic group of people reads this, then you should know that you messed with a family of attorneys, and you will hear from us again!
