My husband and I went to a travel presentation for Travel Direx in Sun City Arizona in December. The presentation showed my husband and I how my entire family was going to save thousands of dollars on our future travels. We were never given any materials after our purchase, we were told our password to their web-site would be mailed to us in three days, and to call the 800 number we were given to book all of our travel needs. We waited and waited and finally after three weeks we were given a passcode to a website that had nothing to do with Travel Direx. When we logged onto the site it was another persons name. We then called the 800 number we were given and was told this company has nothing to do with Travel Direx! We then were told to search this web-site (consumer complaints.com) for any other complaints. Now we are scarred our Identity has been stolen and have canceled all of our bank cards to avoid losing our identity. It is bad enough being lied to but to then have your Identity Stolen! We have contacted our attorney and will fight for the return of our hard earned money and our Identity. Be cautious of this company!!!
