They sold me a vacation package, then didn't accept my vouchers, didn't respond to my emails, they owe me a lot of money

This company had sold me a vacation package. When I a wanted to book a vacation I sent them my vouchers. But they didn't accept the correct filled out vouchers, but sent them back to me.

They didn't respond to all of my e-mails. They didn't get in touch with me. They just wanted the money. The owe me a lot of money!
