You search for a ticket price and the page gives you an offer. Offer looks good so you click to buy a ticket. Next page the price has went up mysteriously by $171.00
I contacted customer service only to get the most rude svc you can imagine. I explained that this price was offered throught the day. Cust. Svc tries to tell me that it is merely the system updating yet cannot explain why the price has been constant all day. Now it is 6am AZ time and guess what? The price is still the same the next day. When you click to accept they up the price again. If this isn't bait and switch I don't know what is.
Cust. Svc tells me it is merely me needing to delete cookies but fails to offer an explanation of how I can possibly be getting that same price on a computer that does not accept cookies. It is a rip off if you ask me. They are attempting to take advantage of folks like myself that cannot afford lavish trips.
