Takes your money and runs! Ripoff

I just went on a 7 day cruise to Bermuda, I was part of a group of 200 co-workers. Our company books a trip every year.

Once Caprice took our money we were on our own. They did nothing not even the little we asked of them.

Worst trvel agency business and customer service out there! Do your self a favor use another agency.
