In May, using Orbitz, I purchased airline tickets using credt card online. On Aug credit statement was a $9.99 charge by TLG GREAT FUN. I called on Aug 7 and spoke with Maurice. I advised him our conversation was being recorded. He stated I purchased the membership when airline tickets were purchased and I was given two (2) FREE months. He wanted to explain the advantages of having the membership.
I told him, apparently, I knew nothing of the membership, since it wasn't used in the two (2) FREEEEEEEEE months. I demanded a refund and advised him, my credit card company had been notified of the unauthorized charges. The Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney Generals in both his state and in my state, will be notified. He gave me a cancellation confirmation and advised refund would be in 10-15 days.
