Ripoff - Charging fees for mistakes that their website makes by changing our itinerary

To whom it may concern (if anyone)
I booked a flight for 2 people this weekend. When I received the confirmation via email it had the wrong dates on it. Now I have been stuck on hold with your useless customer service via your 888# (which by the way, I had to pull from usacomplaints.com since your website does not publish a call number at all which I guess says allot about your so called customer service). I have been talking with to someone in the Philippines, India and now Mauricha which is somewhere in the Indian ocean off the west coast of Australia all with the same results as they cannot speak English well enough to understand or communicate. I have now been on hold, been transferred numerous times and ultimately stuck on hold where the circular phone system ultimately hangs up on me. They are now telling me that because their website reservation changed my dates that the will now charge me $50 for a change fee and another $50 for some airline fee to modify my trip dates. When I booked the flight I selected to fly out on August 2nd and return on the 3rd. However, the confirmation had dates one week later on August 9-10 which is obviously incorrect and not what I selected. Beyond the poor customer service and not being able to easily correct this situation no matter who's fault, I have requested to speak with a supervisor repeatedly with no success after being on hold for more than 2 hours now. What kind of scam are they running here? I can just imagine the millions of dollars that they make each year by bilking customers with these fees and it leads me to believe that they must be doing this intentionally as a way to make money. I know what I selected for dates when I booked this trip and it is now going to cost me an additional $100 to make a change to something that should not have needed to be changed if it had not been for their website. I see a class action law suit based upon the hundreds of negative responses that I have just seen via the web on this very topic.

I want resolution to this problem now and don't want to pay the fraudulent fees and have to rely on this email address for customer service since there are no other resources available!!!

I have repeatedly asked to speak with a supervisor and have been told that I should be ware (not aware but ware) that it will take a long time to actually talk to anyone. All that I want is to rectify this problem which has been impossible so far and is completely due to the fact that your customer service (which is an oxy moron because you have no customer service) is severely lacking and it is obvious that they dont care anything about customer service. The only thing that will change the way they do things is to file a class action suit to force them to stop these fraudulent practices. Cheap Tickets use to be a good company and I had this problem before with their website and immediately got through to an English speaking representative who actually fixed the problem immediately and without any fees. Obviously something has changed with the companies ownership and policies/practices that is causing this poor/non existent customer service. All who are interested in filing a class action lawsuit against cheap tickets can email me directly the email address below. I honestly believe that their website is setup to randomly create errors in bookings in order to make money as it surely must net them millions of dollars every year.

I finally just got off the phone with their advanced ticket changing department in Manilla and have changed the flight dates at an additional cost of more than $432 because of this error on their website. Not to mention wasting half of my Sunday screwing around with this ridiculous company. I have now talked with reps in the Phillipines, India, Mauricha (somewhere in the Indian Ocean off the west coast of Africa) and back to Manilla in order to rectify their errors. This company needs to be brought down a couple of notches and the only way to do it is to hit them where it hurts and that is the bottom line. A class action suit would do this and I know that there are literally thousands of people out there who have had the same/similar problems with this ripoff company.
