I was contacted by phone they said this service if I got it I would be getting two plane tickets to anywhere in the next year, was charged for $39.95 with no explanation ripoff West Palm

I was contacted by phone and said this was a card service and I could subscribe for $9.95 a month.
And I could get airline tickets for any where in the US and I could cancel at any time I wanted, however when i went to get on this I couldn't get on this sight then I got my credit card bill and was charged $39.95 for the month instead of the $9.95 with no explanation to why..
