First sales pitch from terry spears sold me a vacation for 3 families w/as always the sales pitch for a condo buy cost $139.99 well we drove on christmas eve for my mother my son and family and my husband and i we got there they took our cc for deposit only then we found the rental like a guetto so we ask for better place they did not give but gave another room hotel for $600.00 to son and family telling me it was $60.00=and charged us again addt 100.00 because i ask for claning then we went to there sales pitch, me thinking this would be my last vacation with my entire fam just lost my dad, at sales pitch travis kilgore and wife? Stated thy could get us to our mexico all inclusive vacation for our 20th anivesary we bought it hook line and sinker he acted as if he would move us to a better local for the rst of our xmas vacaion he did not, we pd him 9000.00 then we did not rec our vacation nor anything at all lost our money for our aniversay vacation to top it all off thet cld wanted more monies and tld us tht vacation was confirmed this makes us out 6000.00 at branson no vacation in the feb month for our anivesary and total us out aat a whopping 12,000 and some change, we tried da bbb e4verything u can imagine they will not hlp we were out all our hard earned money for nothing that is a year of income to many, we hve tried it all to get ur monies back and would gladly take some of it to give to any one who hlps we lost our christmas vacvation in branson to the stress of the staff my family was screwed then we lost like fools even more for buying there vacation club tht is no more than getting on the internet and searcing youself we hve several timeshares and was set on this one too, but to no avail did not get the vacations promised and in wrting bty them nor anything at all the stress tghe no reservations for our 20th aniversary trip we had planned for years 0.00 how can they get away with this i do know kilgore is under investigations but does not hlp my pocket book nor will it ever if anyone else knows what to do i will gladly give u a percentage of any thing we get but after two years i think they owe me my time of searching for hlp the stress of no trip and all the funds they took from us i think we are owed much more than the actual monies we pd were a total of over $12,000. The biggest con artist i hve ever met reretfully going to branson mo for a vacation.
