I would not recommend this place to anyone as soon as you opened the door the room stunk the bed spread had cigarette burns and was all stained the sheets looked as if they had been washed in dirty water if they were washed at all. The curtains were filthy and felt sticky upon touching them. The carpet was so dirty and stained you could not tell the color of it - the lamp shade next to the bed was all brown stained and there were mouse droppings on the night stand thechairs were filthy and should have been tossed long ago the entire room was in dire need of repair. The walls were dirty and had holes in it the sink leaked all over when you turned it on there was a coffe pot along with a coffee packet but the styrofoam cups had mouse droppings in it. The bathroom floor had mouse droppings the toilet seat was all chipped the trim was coming off the whole room was in dire need of repairs the bath tub was all chpped and there was a brown stain that could have been cleaned in the tub needless to say we did not use the tub! We had planned on staying 2 nights but stayed the one and asked for our money back and we were refunded no questions asked I am sure the owner knew what a dump of a place he had. I have never in my life seen any motel more filthy or smelly - I cant say all the room s were like this but mine sure was a room I will Never forget! I am not after any extra money or anything I do not know if the state of Missouri has any regulations as far as cleanliness or not but feel this motel should certainly be investagated and should not be allowed to rent a room when it is in such poor condition
