GoGo still has not responded although I have sent 6 postal mailings, two certified return-receipts and countless e-mails to their selling agents at (Michele and Gayle) STar-Travel in Duluth, GA. They failed to set us up with comparable accomodation in Dominican Trpublic after Hurricane Wilma devasted our original Mexican destination. Did not even tell us Mexican flights were cancelled - did not get back our airfare - overcharged us for unhealthy accomodation substitution Punta Cana in Dom Rep.
Found out we spent 2-3 times what other guests were spending to be in trashy hotel - Barcelo Bavaro Beach. HOWEVER_Kudos to Barcelo - their VP was very responsive to our complaints and has offered us a similar stay in Mexico at their expense! But GoGo has avoided even communicting with me - the customer who spent over 12K with them! I would avoid them at all costs - have tried to get American Society Travel agents involved with the case - am in on going dialogue with ASTA as inter-communicator. Wish us well. We feel we deserve some of our money back - I didn't pay for luxury to get trash!
