I was a telemarketer (A ramada operator) for ramada plaza resorts orlando and fortlauderdale vacations. I was ripped off I never relized what I was selling until I started searching the web and I have read over hundreds of complaints about the vacation I was PROUDLY SELLING I was good very good.
I was one of the top closers I would (no offence) sell those SUCKERS when they had no money on debit then it would be an overdraft on there account then I would get my paycheck it really didn't matter.
UNTIL ramanda started ripping me off out of my check I would PULL 5-10 cards a day and there were weeks that I would sell 700-900 dollars worth of commission and i would only get 180. Oo and that was MIN. Wage I was sick it happened for 3 weeks in a row and on the third week I save every one of my sales phone number in case ramada tried to rip me off for 3 weeks in a row and they did.
I called all my sales back after I got my check to see if they have cancelled the trip. 7 times out of 10 they didn't. When they said that I knew it was a rip off they are taking my hard earned money from ME I quit and moved out of state.
I never really thought it was that bad. Until I was hit with reality. I tried fighting for my check money they owe me well over 2000.00 dollars in uncancelled trips thats 20 698.00 deals I have closed
To let you guys know it is a real trip; they do offer everything they do say we they also tell you all out of pocket expences we do mention time share except IL and CA were no time share.
Well for the employees out there I know at first the money is good when you get better they rip you off. That's why reps don't last long.
