The Budget Suites / Suites of America is the biggest RIP-OFF on the planet and they have the most damn drama on the planet. First of all a 2-bedroom cost $1280 a month if paying by the week. Furniture is in bad shape, reaks of smoke, walls are yellow, overall not in good condition. Grounds outside are about the only thing that makes the place look attractive. The place is full of drama. No one will stay out of your business. My family tried to stay to ourselves but it was close to impossible. The next thing is the managment. They give preferential treatment to their friends. They will take everything you have, and the they are not friendly at all, and they usually listen to any gossip going around the place. Security is extremly friendly as long as you don't act up and cause problems. They have armed security patrol the parking lots through the night which makes you feel rather safe at night, but during the day no telling who you will run into.
My advice to anyone is to not move in to the Suites of America unless you want to be annoyed by the residents and bothered by some noise and lots of traffic around the area. Also, the cost is pretty outrageous since 2 bedrooms in the area go for 500-800 and they are MUCH bigger and nicer than the Suites. Thank you to anyone who reads this.
Again, if you want some sanity in your life, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE TO THE BUDGET SUITES / SUITES OF AMERICA.
