Well my husband and I also fell for their slimy scam! We got the whole 9 yards of crap just like everyone else on here, a older man named steve made it sound like a dream and no mention of having time share tours and hours of mind numbing entertainment! Just that they only wanted us to fill out a peice of paper to rate our experience when we were leaving our paradise that we won't want to leave! And it wasn't until we paid them $349.00 down payment on our "luxury" vacation package and recieved our quaint little packet with DVD and I decided to jump online to research this deal. Boy was I glad to see I wasn't the only one to fall for it! Hundreds, of people! So I got on the horn and cancelled our so called "luxury" vaction TODAY! I haven't seen our money put back on our card as of yet, (3-5 days) but after a customer rep named pam went through a whole line of "reduced vactions, free airfare to Florida. 3 yrs to use it line of BS I stuck to my guns and told her we were not interested anymore and just wanted my money back. 10 minutes later! She says well since you received your package and now you want to cancel, I'm one day past the 7 day cancellation date! (didn't know I had a time line, till she tells me to go to the back of my reservation packet and turn to the last page) And then she read off to me Washington state laws stating that I had to send the packet back to them certified, post dated by midnight yesterday. I had to forfeit $97.00 BUT! We will be able to use that money in the future for a different cheaper package that they are sending me!
What are these people smokin? Why hasn't the state of Flordia done something with these people? This is an outrage! Now I'm beginning to think they had no right to keep my $97.00! If their is an attorney out there, willing to step up and make this nonsense stop, it sure would be a pleasure to see this company flushed right out to sea. For the real sharks to eat! I mean who in their right mind would actually want to go on this vaction if they had read all these reports from others who were totally wronged, NOT ME, I sure could do without diaper smelling motel rooms, ranchy cruises, shoe box car rentals, and people getting paid $300.00 to tie up my time when I'm supposed to be living in the lap of luxury! No thank you! Kudo's to everyone for sharing their stories, it helped us enormously for evading a disaster that would of taken a long time to get over.
