Tried refund on website. Baggage document no. requested but I didn't keep it.
Called various places but it didn't work. I kept the passenger receipt/excess baggage mm/b94A03
/bozen, psgr ticket 00162379376381

$50 was charged to my American Express account. Ticket no. 01626016162831, document type excess baggage.
Hoping you can arrange the cancellation of the charge.
