I had a very bad experience at this place. The deal I went for was cut, blow dry and KMS conditioning. I arrived on time at 5:00pm. 15 mins later my hair was washed and the hairdresser said she could not leave the KMS conditioning in longer as they were closing up. Despite me telling the hairdresser I only wanted half an inch off she chopped off 1.5 inches and did not listen to me when I told her - she kept saying let me finish my job. She ruined my hair. I complained and a senior stylist tried to fix it slightly by carrying out a feather cut on my layers. I would not recommend anyone going there as not only was my treatment not left for adequate time, they were arrogant and did not to listen to my needs. Very poor unprofessional place.!!
