I was able to purchase tickets from NC to WA at a reasonable price so I could visit some of my family for the first time in 2 years. The process was fast and easy to complete, and they sent me a reminder that my trip was coming up in case I had forgotten. This was a good convenience. Overall, I was happy with the experience
