Blake is the best agent I've spoken and worked with in years. He's very knowledgeable about the airline industry so he can answer any question you throw at him, trust me, I tried to stump him. Other than that, he found me a great deal on my business class flight and managed to even get me a first class segment for the long haul. Overall, a very good service and a definite recommendation to others.
