Had a terrible and deceiver travel agent... Never trust TRAVELDOTCOM INC... First they would send you the package with the complete inclusions for hassle free travel then when you pay half the package amount the inclusions will be change to lesser what you have paid for. When they say "door-to-door" make sure you ask if it is from airport to resort and vise-versa, even it says in their website alltransportation transfers are included... Hmmmm... I smell something fishy.
And when they say in the inclusion "all government taxes and service charge"— double check again because you are going to pay taxes and services charge when you get to the destination.
And when they emailed you with the package inclusion of complimentary daily set / buffet breakfast& double check again only good for room basis when it is not indicated in the package... Am I deceived? Guess what... YES.
And they say they can give you the cheapest package? Well you'll be cheated. And been talking to other guest who got the same agency... Guess what! They have the same problem...
You'll be challenge to have a lot of patience because when you get to the destination you'll need to wait for an hour and when you get to your hotel, again you'll wait and get a lot of surprises. STRESS...
