This is a complaint that involves a sales organization that represents GDV. We were in Daytona Beach, Fl on vacation and these people somehow got our room telephone number at the resort we were staying at and harassed us until we came to one of their sales presentations. We were pushed through the process of purchasing one of the packages.in fact, no one was allowed to ask questions while the very slick presenter was making his assertions. The whole time we were there they were promoting the fact that they were an A company with the BBB so naturally that let our defenses down some. They actually have a "C" rating with the BBB. The A they kept referring to was for GDV. They also failed to notify us of having three days to back out of the sales contract. We have been unable to get any response from PD in the four plus months since we made the fatal mistake except when they responded to the BBB inquiry. I would recommend anyone who is in the Daytona Beach area to beware of these slick operators. They are very predatory and seem to prey on the elderly in particular. We are retired and live on a fixed income and will take years to pay the credit card off that we charged this worthless trash on. This is intended to make anyone who reads this aware of these predators. They border on if not actually commit fraud in the way they do business.
